Gates comes from behind and wins sudden-death playoff at Bay Hill

On a day of wild twists and turns at Arnold Palmer’s famed Bay Hill Club and Lodge, Robert Gates, Jr. of Gainesville, Fla., overcame a two-shot deficit heading into the final round of the HP Boys Junior Championship and defeated Ben Leong of Orlando, Fla., on the first hole of a sudden-death playoff to capture his first AJGA title.
