FAQs for Coaches Corner:


Q: How do I become an AJGA coaching member?

A: You can sign up online by clicking on the Coaches Corner link on the left hand side of the screen and then click on online membership application.   We can also fax or mail you a membership application by contacting Player Services at 877-373-2542.


Q: How do I pay for my membership?

A: You may pay by credit card or check.


Q: How do I get my Member ID number?

A: Your Member ID number will be e-mailed to after you apply for membership or call Player Services at 877-373-2542.  


Q: How do I search for players on the Coaches Corner?

A: Login with your first name, last name, and member id number.
• You may search by a player’s last name, graduation year, or state.
• Click on the player’s name.
• You will then see the player’s contact information, swing video, player profile and tournaments and qualifiers a player has applied to.


Q: Why am I having problems logging in?

A: You may have the incorrect ID number.
• You must have downloaded Macromedia Flash Player and QuickTime.
• If you do not have these two programs downloaded on your computer, you will not be able to access swing videos in the Coaches Corner.  Each software is available free of charge online.

Q:  How do I create a list for mailing labels?

A:  In the Coaches Corner search by grad year or state on the left side of the screen to create your list.

•Click on the File button located above the list you created.

•Click on the hyperlink that reads you may download your file by clicking here.

•Choose save and save to your desktop as an excel document.

•For more help on creating a list for mailing labels call Player Services at 877-373-2542.

Q:  How do I get a receipt for my membership?    

A:  One will be emailed to you immediately after you apply for a membership.  If you need another receipt one can be emailed or faxed to you by contacting Player Services at 877-373-2542.

Q:  How can I renew or apply for a membership in March if my fiscal year does not start until July 1?

A:  We never want you to go without the service so please contact Chris Larson at 877-373-2542 or by email at clarson@ajga.org to arrange a future payment that works best for your college or university.
