The Winn Junior Cup Challenge, features a series of 19 events, during which players will vie for a chance to play in a year-end competition in Las Vegas, featuring Winn Grips spokespersons Butch Harmon and Natalie Gulbis. The top two boy and girl point earners in the series will be selected for either Team Harmon or Team Gulbis, and compete in a 27-hole match play format, culminating in a three-part skills challenge.

The leaderboard is constantly shifting and with five events to go in the series, every point matters. Anthony Paolucci has a current lock on first place, but current T5 ranked Dru Love (Charles Howell III Junior Championship), Xander McDonald-Smith (AJGA Lessing’s Classic) and Joey Garber (Coca-Cola Junior Championship at Boyne Highlands) entered the rankings with their victories at events July 5-8.

Michael Chen and Nicholas Scott moved from T6 to T2 in the past week on the strength of their third-place finishes during the same week.

In the Girls Division, things are a bit closer. Ashlan Ramsey went from  near the bottom of the rankings last week to eighth (9.6 to 37.26). Christina Foster made a more impressive turn (from 1.42 to 36.42) to sit just one spot behind Ramsey.
