Operation Hydration: Healthy alternatives to water
As temperatures continue to rise above 90 degrees throughout much of the country, hydration should continue to be an extremely high priority for golfers. Aiming to keep it a high priority among AJGA juniors, the AJGA continues to implement Operation Hydration throughout the summer schedule. Below you'll find another hydration tip from Titleist Golf Fitness Academy.
Most of us recognize that drinking water is a great way to hydrate. However, water is not always the most exciting drink. When you are looking for something that has a little more to it than water, try not to turn to options like soda or sugary sports drinks too often (here's why).
Instead consider some healthier options like those discussed in the following video from the Titleist Golf Fitness Academy.

This program helps to fulfill the AJGA’s mission of developing young men and women who aspire to earn college golf scholarships through competitive junior golf.
