Griffin Clark, former AJGA junior, died Monday in a single-car crash near his home in South Chesterfield, Virginia.
Clark, 21, helped the St. Leo Lions men’s golf team in Tampa, Florida, secure the school’s first team NCAA Division II title in May by earning the winning point.
Clark earned one win in his AJGA career at the 2011 Preseason Junior at St. James Plantation.

Monica Kucher Mueller, mother of AJGA alum Kyle Mueller, died Thursday as a result of injuries following a single-vehicle accident, according to Martin Sauls , coroner in Jasper County, South Carolina.
Mueller was the owner of Good Hands Veterinary Hospital in Athens and was a professor at the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine, according to Fox News WAGU . She is survived by her husband, Eric, and her two sons.
