Three things for the final round at the ANNIKA Invitational
Playing in the final group of the day is Allisen Corpuz of Honolulu, Hawaii, who sits three shots back of current leader Youngin Chun of Austin, Texas. The high school senior who is trying to capture her first Invitational win, is already in the tournament record books. Corpuz is playing in her sixth ANNIKA Invitational, more than anyone else in the event’s eight-year history.
The ANNIKA Invitational has put an emphasis on growing the game internationally, and the top leaderboard is evidence that the most talented players from around the world travel to this event. Four of the top-ten players traveled to Reunion, Florida, from another country: Maria Balcazar of Tuxtla Gutierrez, Mexico, Angelica Moresco of Caldogno, Italy, Agustina Zeballos of Buenos Aires, Argentina, and Mathilda Cappeliez of Publier, France.
