The field will be filled using the 2011 TaylorMade-adidas Golf Qualifier Series Entry Criteria. Priority will go first to players not in an AJGA tournament that week. Tournament participants will be ranked according to the number of playing opportunities (tournament & qualifier) they have been accepted to with the AJGA this season. Those with the lowest opportunities will have a higher priority if spots remain in the National Qualifier. Ties at any step will be broken by Random Draw.

APPLICATION WINDOW: The application window will be open from Friday, May 27 at 3 p.m. ET – Monday, May 30 at Noon ET. The Qualifier field and alternate list will be posted Tuesday, May 31 at 5 pm ET.

AJGA members can login to the Player Center to apply. Once in the Player Center, click “Apply to Qualifiers.”
Space permitting, non-members may apply one week following the National Qualifier release to AJGA members.
Please Note: The AJGA National Qualifier is a stand-alone event with the sole purpose of providing an opportunity to earn additional Performance Based Entry Status. It is NOT a qualifier to move on to play in the Junior All-Star at Eagle Ridge.

HOUSING: Eagle Ridge Resort & Spa (444 Eagle Ridge Drive, Galena, IL 61036) will serve as the host hotel and has given the AJGA the follow special rates:

• $109 per night for a Standard Inn Room
• $109 per night for a King Courtyard
• $150 per night for a One Bedroom Villa
• $180 per night for a Two Bedroom Villa
• $220 per night for a Three Bedroom Villa
• $509 per night for a Four Bedroom Distinctive House
• $609 per night for a Five Bedroom Distinctive House.

All rooms are subject to an 11% tax and a daily Resort Amenity fee. An $18 resort fee is associated with the Standard Inn, King Courtyard, and One Bedroom villa rooms. A $25 resort fee is associated with the Two Bedroom Villa. A $30 resort fee is associated with a Three Bedroom Villa. A $35 resort fee is associated with the Four Bedroom Distinctive House. A $40 resort fee is associated with the Five Bedroom Distinctive House.

The resort fee includes the following amenities: complimentary wireless high speed internet access in the conference center, hotel rooms, and all units throughout the resort; local calls at no additional charge; in-room coffee; daily newspaper available in the lobby (delivered to all inn rooms); complimentary long distance call access for 800 numbers and credit card calls; guest services available to assist with dining reservations and recommendations, flower orders, etc.; unlimited incoming/outgoing faxes; unlimited use of Business/Computer center; daily Galena Shopping Shuttle; unlimited use of indoor pool and towels, sauna and steam room; unlimited use of tennis courts and equipment; unlimited use of fitness center; 2 hour daily use of bikes, paddle boats and canoes; preferred access to restaurants; preferred access to golf course rates; preferred tee times; preferred access to The Stonedrift Spa; unlimited transportation to club areas from the inn.

Average rates for this time are $199 per night for King Courtyard, $249 for One Bedroom Villa, $299 for Two Bedroom Villa, $379 for Three Bedroom Villa, $609 for Four Bedroom Distinctive House, and $729 for Five Bedroom Distinctive House. Cut Off Date: You must call by Tuesday, May 31 to receive the special AJGA rate.

AIRPORT: Players should make reservations into Dubuque Regional Airport (DBQ), which is approximately 50 minutes from the hotel and the golf course.

SHUTTLES/GROUND TRANSPORTATION: Eagle Ridge Resort & Spa provides shuttle service to and from Dubuque Regional Airport in conjunction with American Airline flights in and out of the airport. The shuttle is $35 per person one way to the resort. Please notify Eagle Ridge Resort & Spa at least two weeks prior if you plan to utilize shuttle service to and from Dubuque Regional Airport.

REGISTRATION: National Qualifier registration will be Sunday, June 26: 7 – 8 a.m.
The driving range will open at 6:30 a.m. Sunday, June 26.

STARTING TIME: 8:30 a.m. shotgun (Players will be called to their carts approximately 30 minutes prior to the starting time for announcements)

DRESS CODE: All Eagle Ridge Resort & Spa guests must adhere to the club’s dress code (appropriate golf attire required, no jeans, t-shirts or cut-offs allowed). Guests may be asked to leave if they are not in accordance with these standards.
