Application is open to all AJGA Members and Non-members

The field will be filled using the 2011 TaylorMade-adidas Golf Qualifier Series Entry Criteria. Priority will go first to players not in an AJGA tournament that week. Tournament participants will be ranked according to the number of playing opportunities (tournament & qualifier) they have been accepted to with the AJGA this season. Those with the lowest opportunities will have a higher priority if spots remain in the National Qualifier. Ties at any step will be broken by Random Draw.

APPLICATION WINDOW: The application window will be open from Friday, July 8 at 3 p.m. ET – Monday, July 11 at Noon ET. The Qualifier field and alternate list will be posted Tuesday, July 12 at 5 pm ET.

AJGA members can login to the Player Center to apply. Once in the Player Center, click “Apply to Qualifiers.”
Space permitting, non-members may apply one week following the National Qualifier release to AJGA members.
Please Note: The AJGA National Qualifier is a stand-alone event with the sole purpose of providing an opportunity to earn additional Performance Based Entry Status. It is NOT a qualifier to move on to play in the Harvey Penick Junior All-Star.

HOST HOTEL: Wyndham Garden (3401 South IH-35 Austin, TX 78741) will serve as the host hotel and has given the AJGA a special rate of $99 per night per room for a double queen bed and king room, $109 for executive king rooms, and $119 for Casita suites which include complimentary internet and complimentary shuttle to and from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). AJGA participants have the opportunity to purchase a $10 coupon for use in the restaurant's full hot breakfast buffet including eggs and omelets cooked-to ordered Belgian waffles, coffee, tea or soft drinks. (Juices are not included.) They may also be used toward items on the a-la-cart breakfast menu. The coupon represents a 25% savings over the normal breakfast buffet charge of $14.25 plus tax. Average rates for this time are $139 per night. Reservations can be made by calling (512) 448-2444 or online at www.wyndhamaustin.com and use group code 08116702AM. • Golf carts and spectator carts are not allowed without a Government-issued permanent handicap placard.
• Caddies are not permitted in AJGA tournament play.
• Proper attire is required at all times and failure to comply may result in disqualification (see Dress Code Section of Code of Conduct).
• Push carts (non-motorized) are approved for use by all players as permitted by the host facility. Players are responsible for providing their own push carts.

NO SHOW POLICY: Because the AJGA continues to receive far more applications than it has spots available for in its events, the AJGA is adopting the following policy:

If you find that you cannot compete in the National Qualifier – Austin, you must withdraw from the event by contacting the AJGA at (770) 868-4200 or Tournament Director Lindsay Dodge at (770) 365-1699 prior to August 6. This allows the AJGA to replace you with an alternate. If you cannot compete and do not withdraw properly, you are considered a “no show,” and the following action will be taken:

1. If you have already been accepted for another event, you will be notified of your disqualification from that event.
2. If you have not been accepted in another event at this time, your next application will not be considered.
3. If this offense is repeated, you will not be allowed to play in any more events for the remainder of the year.
