Alex Stewart of Peoria, Ariz., finished her American Junior Golf Association career earning a seven-stroke victory at the McArthur Towel & Sports Future Legends.
Garrick claims first AJGA victory at The Legend at Bristlecone
Jonathan Garrick of Atherton, Calif., saved his best for last as he fired a 4-under-par 66 in the final round.
Netzel, Stewart Lead into Final Round
Future Purdue University player, Alex Stewart, leads the Girls Division by 5 strokes. Charlie Netzel leads the Boys Division with eight players tied for second.
The Sounds of St. Andrews at Bristlecone
In Scottish fashion, the Junior-Am participants were welcomed by the sounds of the bagpipe Tuesday.
Papatpinyopong, Feierberg Earn Medalist Honors
Papatpinyopong fired a 4-under-par 66 in the K12 Qualifier, while Feierberg won a sudden-death playoff in the Girls Division to earn exemption into her first AJGA event.
The Future is Now
The future greats of the game will take on The Legend at Bristlecone in July.

ACE

The Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) Grant program provides financial assistance to junior golfers who wish to play in AJGA events. Its goal is to give top-flight golf opportunities to young golfers regardless of financial resources. This program helps to fulfill the AJGA’s mission of developing young men and women who aspire to earn college golf scholarships through competitive junior golf.

What is Leadership Links?

Leadership Links is a new program whereby the AJGA is able to further its mission to help develop young men and women by teaching charitable giving skills and service-oriented practices at an early age. This program gives juniors all the tools necessary to donate their time, talent and resources to local charities and the AJGA youth development programs.
