Rule 25-1: Abnormal Ground Conditions

Playing in the rain is part of golf. One of the most common occurences as it relates to wet conditions is casual water. Knowing how to properly take relief from casual water can save strokes and give players a better chance to shoot lower scores. A common question with regards to taking relief from casual water is the difference between the relief procedures for when the player's ball lies through the green versus when the ball lies in the bunker.
