Spot the AJGA Parkers Express Big Rig, Win a Model Truck!
A must-have for any collector!

By Rob Coleman
Vice President of Communications

Have you recently noticed a giant AJGA logo rolling past you on the interstate? If you live in the Northeastern United States, it probably wasn’t your imagination.
Parkers Express will serve as a tournament sponsor for the third year in a row.

Across the Northeast, AJGA tournament sponsor Parkers Express just rolled out a fleet of brand new trailers featuring the AJGA logo. These beauties may be seen between Virginia and Ohio and all the way up to Maine.

The idea for emblazoning the AJGA logo on the rigs came courtesy of Parkers Express owner Joe Parker, whose son Joseph III recently completed his AJGA career.

“I’ve been involved with junior golf for many years,” Parker said. “I guess I just have a love for it. I enjoy the kids.”

Since his son was five years old, Parker has been supporting junior golf, including the local high school team, the Delaware State Golf Association, and the AJGA. Parkers Express has sponsored tournaments in Texas and Delaware (home of corporate headquarters). In 2005, Parkers Express returns to play host to the Randall Parker Shootout at Wild Quail in Wyoming, Del., slated for mid-July.
Win a replica of the Parkers Express Big Rig!

But anyone can get their competitive juices flowing now by participating in the “Spot the Parkers Express Truck” contest. When you see a rig featuring the AJGA logo, simply take a picture and e-mail or mail it to the AJGA to win a very cool miniature replica. (See contest rules.)

Cameras ready? Shoot!

2. Picture must show part of surrounding environment.
