Junior Golf: 101 Series Scheduled for the 2007 Season

The American Junior Golf Association recognizes the complexity in deciding which competitions represent the best paths to national junior golf. What's more, which competitions offer the best opportunity for exposure to college golf scholarships. In rewarding players' performances in state and regional championships and tours, we have attempted to define a clear path to achieve your goals.

Through our Junior Golf: 101 Series we look to simplify the landscape and provide valuable information to parents and juniors.

Along with the support of state golf associations, PGA sections and other junior golf organizations, the AJGA encourages you to take a journey through the world of junior golf. The trek will consist of learning which level of golf is right for your junior golfer, about the opportunities available and how to gain entry into an AJGA event.

Our programs are geared more to parents, but juniors are welcome to attend. The presentations have something for the player new to competitive junior golf and valuable information for seasoned players. It is a great opportunity to learn, develop and grow your knowledge of junior golf.

The programs are open to any parent/player whether a member of the AJGA or not. We can assure you your time will be well spent.
