Canon
Cup Rankings
Each
year since 1990, Canon Cup has featured the top-20 boys and
top-20 girls in the country in a team match play format. The
event pits the top-10 boys and top-10 girls from West of the
Mississippi River versus their counterparts from the East.
New for 2006, the Canon Cup teams will be determined based
upon the AJGA Rankings. There will be no captains' picks in
2006. Updated Canon Cup Rankings can be found at ajga.org
weekly throughout the season.

Cup Selection Criteria
NOTE: Open to those players with U.S. addresses only.
Invited based on AJGA Rankings on June 30, 2006:
• Top eight boys and top eight girls East of the Mississippi
River
• Top eight boys and top eight girls West of the Mississippi
River
Invited based on AJGA Rankings on July 10, 2006:
• Following the completion of the Rolex Tournament
of Champions, the final two boys spots and two girls spots
on each team will be awarded to the two highest ranked players
not already eligible.
