Course Tips
The Haig can look very simple when looking at the scorecard but in fact it can be the complete opposite. The Haig requires accuracy both off the tee and in one's approach shots. One must position the ball on the proper side of the fairway off the tee to have a good look at birdie.

About the Course
The Haig golf course at PGA National is named after the great Walter Hagen. Mr. Hagen was a legendary figure in golf in the first half of the 20th century and ranks third all time in major victories, behind only Jack Nicklaus and Tiger Woods. The course was designed from the ground up to provide quality golf for all types of players. In fact, careful study reveals there are no crossing water hazards, so golfers always have the option of playing around rather than over or through a water hazard.
