Step 1. Login to the Player Center.
   
 
   
Step 2. Click on "Withdrawing from a Qualifier"on the menu bar.
   
 
   
Step 3. Place a check mark in the box to the left of the qualifiers that you would like to withdraw from. Click "Submit."
   
 
   
Step 4. The last screen will confirm the qualifier from which have withdrawn. Print this page and keep for your records.
