I am honored and grateful the Haley Cremer Foundation has granted me permission to help their cause. There are countless charities and foundations in need of tireless, passionate volunteers to help make a difference but for me personally the Haley Cremer Foundation hits close to home. On Father's Day, June 15th, 2014 Haley's life ended tragically while jogging in my hometown of Sharon, Mass., the victim of a reckless driver, who a year later was convicted of vehicular homicide. Haley was preparing to enter her junior year at Simmons College to continue her studies toward a degree in physical therapy. Being only 11 at the time I did not know Haley personally, however, I was and still am very good friends with her cousin. I mostly remember the terrible sadness and pain this senseless loss caused her family and friends. Haley is remembered as a compassionate, enthusiastic, giving person who cared deeply for others. The Haley Cremer Foundation will honor Haley's memory by striving to do the same. Financial assistance will be awarded to aspiring physical therapists, as well as programs dedicated to helping families facing difficult challenges due to illness or death.
I am proud to help raise money for the Haley Cremer Foundation and hope that you will support my efforts.
Your dollars will not only support the funding the Haley Cremer Foundation, but also will impact other junior golfers as well through the ACE Grant program. Your contributions will help talented junior golfers with a desire to better their life through playing junior golf and earning a college golf scholarship. These juniors lack the financial resources to compete at the national level to gain exposure to these scholarships. They need our help as well. The scholarships these juniors earn through their play change the course of their life and the life of their future family.
My goal is to raise $2,500. Would you consider making a donation and making a difference?
