Non-Member ID Application

 

* Please complete the following application to receive a Non-Member ID number.  This will allow you to apply to AJGA qualifiers one week after AJGA members are able to apply to qualifiers.  Non-Members are only able to apply to qualifiers if availability exists.  If you qualify for a tournament and would like to play you must become a member at that time.

After submitting the information you will receive a confirmation e-mail and be redirected to a confirmation page containing your Non-Member ID number. Your next step will be to send the AJGA notarized Proof-of-Age documentation to the address listed below. You will not be able to apply to qualifiers until the AJGA receives your Proof-of-Age. For more information on Proof-of-Age please click here. Faxes or e-mails are not accepted. Proof-of-Age can only be mailed to the AJGA.
