Non-Member ID Application

 

* Please complete the following application to receive a Non-Member ID number.  This will allow you to apply to aTaylorMade-adidas Golf Qualifier one week after AJGA members are able to apply.  Non-Members are only able to apply to TaylorMade-adidas Golf Qualifiers if availability exists.  If you qualify for a tournament and would like to play, you must become a member at that time.

After submitting the information you will see an on-screen confirmation displaying your Non-Member ID number and you will also be sent an email containing this information. Your next step will be to send the AJGA notarized Proof-of-Age documentation to the address listed below. You will not be able to apply to a TaylorMade-adidas Golf Qualifier until the AJGA receives your Proof-of-Age. For more information on Proof-of-Age please click here. Faxes or e-mails are not accepted. Proof-of-Age can only be mailed to the AJGA.
