After the second round of the AJGA Junior Challenge, the juniors cooled off with a water-balloon toss with the AJGA staff.
Boys leaderboard crowded going into final round
Zecheng Dou, John Lee and Alex Angard all sit atop the leaderboard at 4-under-par 140.
Three girls lead second round
Esther Lee, Amy Lee and Chieh Peng of Shenzhen, China, share a second round total of 3-under-par 141 for the lead at Oak Valley Golf Club.

David Gazzolo takes first-round lead for the Boys Division with a 5-under-par 67, while Raychelle Santos and Katia Joo take the Girls Division at 3-under-par 69.
Chae, Yom Medal in Qualifier
William Chae and Michelle Yom of Torrance, Calif. medaled in Sunday's qualifier. Chae carded 3-under-par 69 and Yom recorded 1-over-par 73 at Oak Valley Golf Club.

ACE

The Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) Grant program provides financial assistance to junior golfers who wish to play in AJGA events. Its goal is to give top-flight golf opportunities to young golfers regardless of financial resources. This program helps to fulfill the AJGA’s mission of developing young men and women who aspire to earn college golf scholarships through competitive junior golf.

What is Leadership Links?

Leadership Links is a new program whereby the AJGA is able to further its mission to help develop young men and women by teaching charitable giving skills and service-oriented practices at an early age. This program gives juniors all the tools necessary to donate their time, talent and resources to local charities and the AJGA youth development programs.
