U.S. PING
Junior Solheim Cup Team Named
The top-12 girls from the United States and
Europe will square off before the LPGA's Solheim Cup.

Paula Creamer will bring a variety of playing
experiences to the team as she has played on
two Canon Cup Teams and represented the United
States at the 2002 British Junior Open.

Twenty-four
juniors from the United States and Europe will have the opportunity
to showcase their skills for all to see at this year's first-ever
PING Junior Solheim Cup at Oak Ridge Country Club in Hopkins,
Minn., Sept. 16-18, 2002.
The U.S. team was finalized August 19, 2002. Ten of the 12
players earned entry based an an AJGA points system. The final
two spots were filled by captain's picks.
