BRASELTON, Ga. — Fidelity Investments, one of the world’s largest providers of financial services, has increased its support of the American Junior Golf Association and will sponsor four national events in 2005, the AJGA announced Thursday.

Each of the tournaments will be 54-hole stroke play events, attracting the top talent from across the country. The first of the events, the Fidelity Investments Junior Championship, will be held in Humble, Texas, on The Jacobsen Hardy Course at Redstone Golf Club – also home to the PGA TOUR’s Shell Houston Open. The tournament will be held June 1-4 and will feature 84 players. The next event, the second-annual Fidelity Investments Junior Classic, will take place in Boylston, Mass., July 25-28 at Cyprian Keyes Golf Club and also will feature 84 players.
The third event, the Fidelity Investments Junior Shootout at Rich Harvest, will be held July 26-29 at Rich Harvest Farms in Sugar Grove, Ill., with 99 juniors participating. The Fidelity Investments Junior Open, the final event, will feature 84 players and take place Sept. 2-5 at The Bridges Golf Club in San Ramon, Calif.
