Wyndham Cup rosters finalized

Tournament website

The Wyndham Cup rosters have been finalized and 40 players from 15 states have committed to represent the East or West at The Bridges at Rancho Santa Fe in Rancho Santa Fe, Calif., July 15-18.

The Wyndham Cup brings together 40 of the nation’s top juniors in an East-versus-West team match play tournament. With the Mississippi River as the border that separates East from West, 10 boys and 10 girls from each side are selected based on the Polo Golf Rankings, which reward top finishes in national junior golf events.

For both the East and West Teams, the top-nine boys and top-nine girls earned invitations based on the Polo Golf Rankings as of June 18, 2013. The final four spots, filled by Theo Humphrey of Greenwich, Conn., and Rachel Dai of Milton, Ga., for the East, and Collin Morikawa of La Canada Flintridge, Calif., and Lilia Vu of Fountain Valley, Calif., for the West, were awarded after the Rolex Tournament of Champions.
