Trevor Times of Williamsburg, Va., was set to graduate from Jamestown High School in the coming weeks. The promising young golfer was looking forward to a college career with East Carolina University in the fall.
Times participated in 10 AJGA tournaments over the past four years, including the 2012 Puerto Rico Junior Open. Notable performances included a T11 showing at the 2011 Frederica Junior Open and a T9 finish at the 2009 Junior All-Star at Spring Creek.
The 18-year-old's life was cut short in a swimming accident on Memorial Day. The AJGA's thoughts and prayers go out to those who knew and loved Times.
