Morales, pictured with HRH the Duke of York, was the low girl finisher at T4.
Representing the United States, Nicole Morales of Lake Mary, Fla., and Brad Dalke of Hobart, Okla., both finished within the top 20 at the Duke of York Young Champions Trophy, with Morales tying for fourth as the low girl finisher. Contested at Royal St. George’s Golf Club in Sandwich, England, Morales carded rounds of 75-76-70 and Dalke finished T15 after rounds of 75-76-74.

A 2013 Player Representative on the AJGA Board of Directors, Morales has won three AJGA titles, including the 2011 Polo Golf Junior Classic and the 2013 Thunderbird International Junior. Currently the No. 1 girl in the Polo Golf Rankings, she recently represented the U.S. at the PING Junior Solheim Cup where she posted a 2-1-0 record. Morales has verbally committed to Alabama.

Dalke made AJGA history when he became the youngest player to win an AJGA Invitational at the age of 13 at the 2011 Thunderbird International Junior. His second victory came at the 2013 HP Boys Championship at Carlton Woods. At No. 4 in the Polo Golf Rankings, he recently tied for third at the 2013 Junior PGA Championship and represented the West for the third consecutive year at the Wyndham Cup. Dalke has verbally committed to Oklahoma.

In its fourth year of tradition, the AJGA selects two players to represent the U.S. in the international event which began in 2001. Since the inaugural tournament, 12 players from six countries have been crowned champions, and the list of runner-ups includes major champion Rory McIlroy and 2012 Thunderbird International Junior winner Max Orrin of England.

In 2012, Gavin Hall of Pittsford, N.Y., and Casey Danielson of Osceola, Wis., made the trip across the Atlantic to represent the U.S. Hall closed with a 4-over-par 76 to tie for 13th at 17-over-par 233 and Danielson finished two strokes behind for a share of 17th place at 19-over-par 235.
