- Karl Vilips leads the Boys Division heading into the final round of stroke play with a score of 7-under-par 65. Vilips broke the Polo Golf Junior Classic - Fazio Course record by carding a bogey-free round with five birdies and an eagle. Since PGA National Resort & Spa started hosting the event in 2009, the lowest two-day total in the Boys Division is six under set by Emiliano Grillo and Adam Wood.
- Youngin Chun leads the Girls Division heading into the final round of stroke play with a score of 3-under-par 69. Chun made it into the round of 16 at the 2015 Polo Golf Junior Classic. The three-time Rolex Junior All-American is among 26 juniors in the field who have multiple Rolex Junior All-America Awards.
