This weekend was the first time Inbee Park had played an LPGA Tour event since last June. She certainly took advantage.

Park put on a putting clinic during the final round on her way to a course record 8-under-par 64 at the HSBC Women’s Champions in Singapore.

Before turning professional in 2007, Park recorded eight career AJGA wins from 2001-2005, including the 2002 Rolex Girls Junior Championship and the 2003 Rolex Tournament of Champions. She was a five-time Rolex Junior All-American and the 2002 Rolex Junior Player of the Year.

Dustin Johnson earned his second win in as many starts on March 5, closing out the World Golf Championships-Mexico Championship with a 3-under-par 68 to cap a one-stroke victory. The win put an emphatic stamp on Johnson’s first tournament as world No. 1 as he became just the fifth player to win his first start as world No. 1.

Johnson’s win was his fourth at a World Golf Championship event. Johnson birdied the par-5 15th hole on the home stretch to hold off Tommy Fleetwood by one stroke.

From 1999 to 2002, Johnson played AJGA events including the 2001 . After his junior golf career, he played college golf at Coastal Carolina University, where he was a two-time All-American and seven-time winner.
