After tournament expenses, 100 percent of proceeds are donated to local grassroots junior golf and the AJGA's Liberty National ACE Grant program (financial assistance).
The AJGA’s Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) Grant financial assistance program provides opportunities for juniors who have the talent, but not the financial resources, to play in AJGA events. The ACE Grant relies 100% on contributions from corporate and private donors, as well as Junior-Am proceeds.

TESTIMONIALS
"We position it like a Pro-Am at a LPGA or PGA tournament. We tell everybody they have an opportunity to play with outstanding golfers, young kids, that are possibly going to be pros someday, and probably go on to play college golf, and it’d just be a fun day to play golf."
Chuck Strong, AJGA Tournament Chairman
"I don’t even play practice rounds anymore – the official ones – I just play Junior-Ams. I like it because it’s a lot more relaxing and a lot of times you get to meet some pretty successful people that could help you along the way. They pay a lot of money to play with us and help our tour out and I really appreciate it. It’s just a really good deal."
Connor Black, Rolex Junior All–American
"Most of the kids are real engaged in trying to talk to the amateurs and find out what they do. It's a great networking opportunity for the business men and ladies playing in the tournament, as well as the juniors."
