The first Dallas Cup was held on Sunday, November 8, as the latest installment in the AJGA State Cup Series. Led by AJGA members Jack and Tommy Morrison, the group raised $25,000 for local charity and the ACE Grant at the 18-hole event played at Maridoe Golf Club.
The State Cup Series was born in 2017 and aims to provide a unique junior golf event series providing competitive junior golfers development in important life skills such as charitable giving, leadership, and teamwork. In 2019, eight junior-led State Cup Series events have raised more than $400,000 for local charities and the ACE Grant.
