Cole Ponich of Farmington, Utah, is playing in his first Wyndham Cup. He qualified into the event for the West Team after a string of impressive finishes. He won the 2017 Bobby Champman. He also had top finishes at the 2017 Trusted Choice Big I National Championship and the Thunderbird International Junior in 2018. Ponich is verbally committed to Brigham Young University and is currently No. 32 in the Rolex AJGA Rankings.
