Austin Ernst fired a final-round score of 8-under-par 63 at the Walmart NW Arkansas Championship presented by P&G to earn her second LPGA victory. Earnst's tournament total of 20-under-par 193 gave her a two-stroke advantage over Anna Nordqvist for her first win in six years. In Ernst's final round, she carded 10 birdies and two bogeys to become the event's second American winner since Stacy Lewis in 2014.

In her AJGA career, Ernst was a two-time Rolex Junior All-American with two wins at the 2007 Ringgold Telephone Company Junior Classic and 2007 Burgett H. Mooney, Jr. Rome Classic.

Jon Rahm sunk a 66-foot birdie putt to beat Dustin Johnson in a playoff and win the BMW Championship. This is Rahm's second victory in six weeks after winning the Memorial Tournament presented by Nationwide. He now sits in second in the FedExCup standings heading into the TOUR Championship.

Rahm entered the weekend at 6-over par, but then fired rounds of 66 and 64 with four birdies on the back nine of Sunday's final round to work his way into position. To give Rahm a challenge, Dustin Johnson made a 43-foot putt of his own to force a playoff. Rahm birdied the first playoff hole to hold out for the win, denying Johnson his second win in as many weeks.

Brandon Wu won his first Korn Ferry Tour event at the Korn Ferry Tour Championship presented by United Leasing & Finance. Wu ended with a bogey-free final-round score of 7-under-par 65, making his five-shot deficit to start the day a thing of the past. With his win, Wu earns a spot at the 2020 U.S. Open at Winged Food, just minutes away from where he grew up.

Wu played five seasons with the AJGA and totaled eight top-10 finishes before starting his collegiate golf career at Stanford University.
