Bryson DeChambeau earned his first major victory after winning the U.S. Open in dominating fashion. The AJGA alumnus was the only player to finish under par and he won by six strokes over Matthew Wolff. DeChambeau finished the tournament at 6-under-par 274. He played in one AJGA event and finished T10 at the 2009 Trader Joe's Junior Championship hosted by Pat Hurst.
AJGA alumnus John Pak finished as low amateur in the U.S. Open. Pak was the only amateur to make the cut and finished the tournament T51 at 18-over-par 298.

Georgia Hall carded a final round of 4-under-par 68 to win the Cambia Portland Classic and earn her second LPGA Tour victory. The AJGA alumna finished the tournament at 12-under-par 204 to get into a playoff with Ashleigh Buhai. She would record a par on the second playoff hole to get her first win since 2018. Hall was a member of the 2013 PING Junior Solheim Cup European Team.

In his second start on the PGA TOUR Champions, AJGA alumnus Jim Furyk won the Pure Insurance Championship. He has now won his first two starts on the tour joining Bruce Fleisher and Arnold Palmer as the only players to do so in PGA TOUR Champions history. At the end of three rounds, Furyk and Jerry Kelly were tied at 12-under-par 204. Furyk's birdie on the first playoff hole sealed his win and place in history. He played in numerous AJGA events from 1986 to 1988.
