BOYS DIVISION
- Carson Bacha of York, Pennsylvania, solidified his first-round lead with another strong performance carding a final score of 7-under-par 137.
- This is Bacha’s third AJGA win and fourth top-5 finish.
- Kelly Chin of Great Falls, Virginia, and Drue Nicholas of Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, tied for second place totaling a final score of 1-under-par 143.
GIRLS DIVISION
- Yoona Kim of Fair Lawn, New Jersey, came from behind on Sunday to earn her first AJGA victory with a final score of 1-over-par 145.
“This win feels tremendous,” Kim said. “I was talking to my mom last night and we talked about how this was my last Junior All-Star event, so I should just go out there be consistent and just give it my best shot.”
- Kim has come close in past tournaments, having three top-5 finishes.
- Coming in second was Taylor Kehoe of Strathroy, Ontario, with a final score of 2-over-par 146.
- Alice Hodge of Larchmont, New York, carded the low round of the day in the Girls Division, carding an even-par 72, with a final score of 3-over-par 147.
