Madison Dabagia of Fort Wayne, Indiana, made her way up the leaderboard Wednesday after shooting 4-under-par 68. Five birdies and only one bogey helped Dabagia take the lead with a two-round total of 5-under-par 139. Dabagia will look to win her first AJGA tournament on Thursday.
Three other players are within three strokes of Dabagia. Anna Ritter of New Albany, Ohio, sits at second with a total score of 4-under-par 140. Kaitlyn Schroeder of Jacksonville, Florida, sits in third place one stroke behind Ritter.
Scotty Kennon of Bradenton, Florida, maintained his spot after shooting 1-under-par 71 in the second round. He has a two-round total of 9-under-par 135. A front-nine total of 34 helped Kennon have another strong start to his round. Drew Salyers of Howard, Ohio, trails Kennon by one-stroke heading into the final round while five other players fight for top-five finishes.
