Auburn-Opelika Tourism sponsors first AJGA tournament
Bridge on no.4-2024- Visit Goldsboro SC Junior Championship

The AJGA Junior All-Star presented by Auburn-Opelika Tourism takes place July 6-July 9 at RTJ Grand National in Opelika, Alabama. The 54-hole stroke play tournament will bring 78 juniors ages 12-15 to play the Lake Course.

This event marks the first time the AJGA has been back at RTJ Grand National since the 2006 and 2007 seasons.

About the Field

  • Anawin Pikulthong of Gilbert, Arizona, is the only player in the field verbally committed to play college golf (Arizona State University)
  • Three AJGA champions
  • 18 states represented

Players to Watch

Anawin Pikulthong of Gilbert, Arizona (2023)
Pikulthong is coming off his first AJGA win at the June AJGA Thunderbird Junior All-Star. He is currently No. 158 in the Rolex AJGA Rankings.

Jaivir Pande of Houston, Texas (2023)
Pande has four top-15 AJGA finishes, highlighted by a victory last July. Most recently, he placed fourth in the KPMG Stacy Lewis Junior All-Star Invitational.

Sara Im of Duluth, Georgia (2023)
Im has three AJGA titles to her name. She is currently No. 40 in the Rolex AJGA Rankings and looks to capture her first win of 2020 this week.

Elizabeth Beek of Blue Bell, Pennsylvania (2023)
Beek has five AJGA top-10 finishes. This week marks Beek’s first AJGA start of 2020.
