After an exciting first round of play, Anna Ritter of New Albany, Ohio, Kelly Shanahan of Coral Springs, Florida, Abigail Sutherland of Glenview, Kentucky, and Caroline Patterson of Jupiter, Florida, are all tied at even-par 72.
Ritter has three top-5 AJGA finishes and received Ohio Division I state medalist honors in 2019. Shanahan has a win at the 2018 AJGA Preview at Osprey Point and won the 2020 Class 2A Florida individual girls state title. Sutherland won the 2019 CBS Sports Preview at Forsgate and the 2018 KYPGA Stableford at Quail Chase GC. Patterson is a third year ACE Grant recipient and finished second at the 2019 Junior Tour Championship.
