After completion of the second round at the KJ Choi Foundation Texas Junior Championship, Bohyun Park of Farmers Branch, Texas, leads the Girls Division. The highlight of Park's day were her three birdies throughout the round and she sits at the top of the leaderboard at 7-under-par 137 for the tournament.
Following behind her was Michelle Zhang of Plano, Texas, who finished the day at 3-under-par 141. Summer Lee of Plano, Texas, finished the day at 1-under-par 143. To round out the top three, Ashleen Kaur of Cypress, Texas, finished the day at 1-under-par 143.
Jase Summy of Keller, Texas, and Minas Manias of Frisco, Texas, co-lead the Boys Division. After round two, Summy ended with score of 6-under-par 138 and finished the day with an impressive seven birdies on the round.
After round two Manias also ended with a score of 6-under-par 138 and he also had an outstanding performance ending the day with six birdies.
Following close behind them was Ben DeLaRosa of Dallas, Texas, with a score of 5-under-par 139. Andrew Tan of Austin, Texas, finished the day at 4-under-par 140 and Matthew Griggs of Carrollton, Texas, rounded out the top five finishing the day at 3-under-par-141.
