Michelle Cox of Allentown, Pennsylvania, and Angelina Kim of Tenafly, New Jersey, medaled in the Girls Division. The pair shot even-par 72 on the day to qualify into the tournament. Cox has committed to play at Penn State University and achieved AJGA Scholastic Honor Roll in 2019. Kim was the second-youngest player in the qualifying field and had two birdies during her round.

Albert Jing of Saratoga, California, medaled for the Boys Division. Jing's 3-under-par 69 secured his spot into the tournament. He currently attends Saratoga High School and is looking to make his mark on the AJGA in his first event this week.
