Cui holds on to the lead of the Boys Division after second round

Edan Cui of Atherton, California, holds on to the lead of the Boys Division after the second round at 13-under-par 129. The incoming freshman carded five birdies during the round. Cui is coming off of a win at the 2021 UHY New York Junior and is No. 156 in the Rolex AJGA Rankings.

Jeff Seong of Tacoma, Washington, sits in solo second at 7-under-par 135. Eric Yun of Menlo Park, California, is currently in third at 4-under-par 138. Sitting in fourth place is Adam Anderson of Ventura, California, at 3-under-par 139. Holding on in fifth at 2-under-par 140 is Aditya Das of Dublin, California.

Elina Kuang of Murrieta, California, and Suzie Tran of Poulsbo, Washington, share the lead of the Girls Division after the second round at 8-under-par 134. Both girls carded six birdies during the round. Kuang was the medalist at the 2021 Qualifier for FOX Sports Junior at Mission Viejo. Tran was second at the 2020 Qualifier for AJGA Junior at Pronghorn.

Jasmine Kahler of Carlsbad, California, sits in third at 5-under-par 137. Kahler carded four birdies during the round.
