Ryan Voois of Ladera Ranch, California, leads the Boys Division after the second round of the AJGA Junior at Ruby Hill presented by Visit Tri-Valley at 9-under-par 135. He carded an eagle on No. 13 in the second round. Voois finished T9 at the 2019 AJGA Brendan Steele Junior All-Star Championship.

Joey Hayden of Dublin, California, and Kush Arora of Pleasanton, California, sit T2 at 5-under-par 139. Knotted up at T4 is Guillermo Antonio Polo Bodart of (Argentina) Mar del Plata, California, Justin Hopkins of Danville, California, and Adam Anderson of Ventura, California, at 3-under-par 141.

Lauren Sung of Palo Alto, California, leads the Girls Division after the second round at 3-under-par 141. Sung carded her first hole-in-one on hole No. 14 in the first round. She finished seventh at the 2020 AJGA Junior at Pronghorn.

Just one shot back at T2 is Ashley Yun of West Covina, California, and Selena Tang of Fremont, California, at 2-under-par 142.
