After the Second Round she now sits alone in first place at 1-under-par 139, the only player in the Girls Division in red figures. She can credit her one stroke lead to a 2-under-par 68 during round two, during which she made three birdies on her final six holes.
Also playing their way into the last pairing of the final round for the Girls Division there is Chowchilla, California, native Asterisk Talley. Talley sits at an even par 140 with 18 hole scores of 70 in each of her first two rounds. Ka Hei Kong of (Hong Kong) Arcadia, California, rounds out the top-3 after she carded a Second Round 1-over-par 71 to be 2-over-par 142 for the tournament.
Aidan Tran of Fresno, California, followed a first round 5-under-par 65 with a tournament low tying round of 6-under-par 64, leaving him at 11-under-par 129 for the tournament. Tran's second round featured a total of seven birdies to one bogey. He'll enter the final round with a commanding six shot lead.
Joining Tran in the final pairing of the concluding round are Cameron Keith of Alamo, California, and Jackson Koivun of San Jose, California. Both of whom shot 1-over-par 71 in their second rounds to be at 5-under-par 135 and 3-under-par 137 respectively for the tournament. William Walsh of San Mateo, California, and Jack Jerge of Pleasant Hill, California, round out the top-5 with 36-hole scores of 2-under-par 138 and 1-under-par 139.
