The Girls Division is led by Kexin Guan of (China) Irvine, California, and Jeanne Padillo of Glendale, California, each at 4-under-par 67. Guan played a bogey-free round, while Padillo started the day with consecutive birdies. Both girls are seeking their first AJGA wins.
In a tie for third place is Ka Hei Kong of Arcadia, California, and Cathryn Brown of Eddyville, Kentucky, at 1-under-par 70.
