Kelly Zhao of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, shot 2-under-par 70 to earn Girls Division medalist honors and a spot in the 2021 AJGA Junior All-Star at Urbana. Zhao carded three birdies on the front nine as well as a bogey-free back nine during her round. Zhao was the only girl in the qualifier to shoot below par. She is looking for her first AJGA career win in just her second AJGA event.

Austin Hofferkamp of The Woodlands, Texas, shot a field-best 3-under-par 69 to earn Boys Division medalist honors. Hofferkamp had five birdies during his round, including three consecutive birdies on hole Nos. 10, 11 and 12. This is the second year in a row that he has earned medalist honors at the AJGA Junior All-Star at Urbana qualifier. Hofferkamp is looking for his first AJGA career win.
