Bowen Lan of Irvine, California, earned Medalist honors in the Girls Division. The tournament player finished the Qualifier with a score of 1-over-par 73. Lan won the Tucson City Junior Championship which was her first top-10 finish of 2021.

Caden Mickelson of Kansas City, Missouri, and Ian Asch of Edgewood, Kentucky, tied for Medalist honors with a score of 1-under-par 71. Earlier in June, Mickelson finished the 2021 Missouri Junior Match Play Championship at T3. Asch finished T10 in the GolfWeek Junior Tour at Cherry Blossom.
