Sitting in solo second is Brooks Simmons of Dallas, Texas. Simmons is five strokes off the lead at even-par 142 after shooting 2-over-par 73 in the second round.
Colton Swartz of Fleming Island, Florida, is holding on to third at 1-over-par 143. Swartz finished T4 at the Visit Sebring Preview earlier this year. Tied for fourth are CJ Larkin of Houston, Texas, and David Martinez of Houston, Texas at 2-over-par 144.
Mackenzie Lee of North Little Rock, Arkansas, and Grace Jin of San Antonio, Texas, are the lead at even-par 142 after the second round. Lee jumped out of third after shooting 2-over-par 73 on the day. She is No. 13 in the Rolex AJGA Rankings, the highest in the field. Jin shot 4-over-par 75 to maintain her lead. She was the qualifier co-medalist on Sunday.
Sabree Lefebvre of Riverview, Florida, sits two strokes back in third at 2-over-par 144. Lefebvre's best AJGA finish came in 2020 at the Greenwood Junior Championship, T8.
