In second place, at 5-over-par 151, is Emma Jiacheng Tang of Chino Hills, California. Tang recorded two birdies on the day. Kayla Sam of Anaheim Hills, California, rounds out the Girls Division top three at 7-over-par 153. She recorded five birdies on the day.
Jeremy Chen of (Taiwan) Taipei City, Taiwan, leads the Boys Division heading into the final round. Chen shot 3-under-par 70, lowering his tournament total to 3-under-par 143. He recorded three birdies and one eagle on the day. He seeks his first AJGA win.
Tied for second, at 2-under-par 144, are Jack Pogorelc of Bethesda, Maryland, and Nick Ciocca of Berwyn, Pennsylvania. Bennett Espenshade of Baltimore, Maryland, sits in fourth at even-par 146, while Vijay Powell of Midlothian, Virginia, is in fifth at 1-over-par 147.
