PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. – The American Junior Golf Association and TaylorMade Golf will bring 72 of the top players to The Country Club at Mirasol for the third year of the Team TaylorMade Invitational.
The 54-hole stroke play event will be hosted over Memorial Day weekend in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, on May 25-28.
About the Field
Invited through the Rolex AJGA Rankings, players represent 23 states and five international countries (Canada, China, Mexico, South Korea and Taiwan). The field includes 26 Rolex Junior All-Americans and 51 former AJGA champions. There are 44 players are committed to play college golf with four of those players headed to the University of Oklahoma – Andrew Ramos, PJ Maybank, Asher Whitaker and Connor Henry.
Players to watch:
- Ethan Gao of Alpharetta, Georgia - A three-time Rolex Junior All-American (2020, 2021, 2022), Gao is ranked at No. 3 in the Rolex AJGA Rankings. He is a three-time AJGA champion, which includes a win at the 2022 Rome Junior Classic presented by Piedmont Bank.
- Nicholas Gross of Downingtown, Pennsylvania - The champion of the 2023 AJGA Simplify Boys Championship at Carlton Woods, Gross is raked at No. 5 in the Rolex AJGA Rankings. Gross is a four-time AJGA champion and a two-time Rolex Junior All-American (2021, 2022).
- Jack Roberts of Saint Marys, Georgia - The 2022 Team TaylorMade Invitational runner-up, Roberts is seeking his first career AJGA win. He was a 2022 Rolex Junior All-American and is ranked No. 27 in the Rolex AJGA Rankings.
