Junior All-Star Team Awards
The Gary Gilchrist Golf Academy Junior All-Star Series is a collection of events specifically designed for boys and girls age 12–15 years old. The competition provides an opportunity for younger members to develop their skills and earn entry into Open Tournaments.
The Gary Gilchrist Golf Academy Junior All-Star Team is comprised of 10 boys and 10 girls and, beginning in 2012, will be filled based on the following priority:
All Gary Gilchrist Golf Academy Junior All-Star Series events will be included in the Polo Golf Rankings.
A minimum of one Gary Gilchrist Golf AcademyJunior All-Star Series event must be played in order to be eligible for the team.
Gary Gilchrist Golf Academy Junior All-Star team selection will be based on Polo Golf Rankings for those eligible. Polo Ranking used will be calculated at the conclusion of the final GGGA JAS event of the season.
Gary Gilchrist Golf Academy Junior All-Star team members will earn Fully Exempt status for the following AJGA season.

Junior All-Star Teams
The American Junior Golf Foundation is the primary recipient of all charitable giving to the AJGA and as such administers a variety of programs designed to compliment the AJGA and the members and families who make up our community. The Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) Grant program provides financial assistance to junior golfers who wish to play in AJGA events. Its goal is to give top-flight golf opportunities to young golfers regardless of financial resources. This program helps to fulfill the AJGA’s mission of developing young men and women who aspire to earn college golf scholarships through competitive junior golf.

What is Leadership Links?
Leadership Links is a new program whereby the AJGA is able to further its mission to help develop young men and women by teaching charitable giving skills and service-oriented practices at an early age. This program gives juniors all the tools necessary to donate their time, talent and resources to local charities and the AJGA youth development programs.
