Chun-an Yu of Taoyuan, Taiwan, won the Australian Master of the Amateurs with a 6-under-par 282 tournament total. He began the tournament with a first-round, 1-over-par 73 but five birdies in the second round led to a 3-under-par 69 to get him closer to the lead. A third-round, 1-over-par 73 meant he would start the final round six strokes back of the leader. This did not stop Yu as he would birdie five of his first nine holes in the final round and finish with a 5-under-par 67 to get into a playoff. The playoff lasted three holes, but Yu came out on top. Currently a junior on the Arizona State University men’s golf team, Yu played in three AJGA events during his junior golf career. He had one win out of those three at The Junior PLAYERS Championship.

Steph Kyriacou of Sydney, Australia, shot a 2-over-par 290 to win the women’s Australian Master of the Amateurs. Kyriacou opened with a 2-under-par 70 in the first round that put her in good position only one stroke back of the leader. She then fired back-to-back, 3-over-par 75s in the second and third round. She carded five birdies in the final round to finish with a 2-under-par 70 and win the tournament by three strokes. Kyricou is currently No. 61 in the Rolex AJGA Rankings and her best finish in an AJGA event came at the 2018 Thunderbird International Junior where she finished T6.

Nick Gabrelcik of Trinity, Florida, won the 24th Annual Innisbrook Christmas Junior on the Copperhead course. He shot a 1-over-par 72 in the first round to take the lead by one stroke and shot the same score in the second round. His final-round, 1-under-par 70 led him to a six-stroke victory and got him to a tournament total of 214. Gabrelcik is verbally committed to the University of North Florida and has played in one AJGA event, the 2018 Bishops Gate Academy Boys Junior Championship.

Katie Scheck of Greensboro, Georgia, won wire-to-wire at the Peggy Kirk Bell Girls Golf Tour Eagle Classic @ Georgia Southern Golf Course after shooting a 3-over-par 147 for the tournament. Her first-round, 6-over-par 78 helped her grab a two-stroke lead going into the final round. She secured her win with a 3-under-par 69 in the final round that included three birdies and zero bogeys. Scheck has played in four AJGA tournaments since 2017. Her best finish came at the 2017 AJGA Preview at Château Élan where she finished fourth.
