Lauryn Nguyen of Seattle, Washington, won the Girls 14-18 Division of the Washington Junior Golf Association (WJGA) Western Open with a tournament total of 1-under-par 143. Nguyen took a two-stroke lead with a 4-under 68 in the first round and followed it up with a 75 in the final round to win by three strokes over Kennedy Knox. Nguyen is No. 51 in the Rolex AJGA Rankings and signed a National Letter of Intent with Northwestern University. In 2020, she was an honorable mention Rolex Junior All-American and had one AJGA win at the AJGA Junior at Pronghorn.
Alexa Saldaña of Mexico City, Mexico, won the Girls Division title at the Texas Junior Golf Tour Traditions Spring Invitational with a score of 2-over-par 146. Saldaña took the lead after a first-round 2-under 70 and followed it up with a 4-over 76 to hold her lead and win by three strokes. She has one AJGA win in her junior golf career at the 2019 AJGA Preview at Brookhaven and is No. 219 in the Rolex AJGA Rankings.
Luciano Conlan of Carlsbad, California, won by five strokes in the Boys Division of the Charley Hoffman Foundation Junior. Conlan carded rounds of 71-66 to finish the tournament at 7-under-par 137. He carded six birdies and no bogeys in his final round. Conlan has made five AJGA starts and has finished inside the top-10 in each one. He is No. 120 in the Rolex AJGA Rankings.
Adrian Anderson of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, won the Peggy Kirk Bell Girls Golf Tour Spring Bell Invitational with a tournament total of even-par 144. Anderson shot a 2-over-par 73 in the first round and was three strokes back of the lead going into the final round. She went on to tie the low round of the day with a 1-under 71 to win by two strokes over Maria Atwood. Anderson has played in one AJGA event so far in her junior career. She won the Sea Pines Junior Heritage earlier in 2021.
