Kelly Chinn of Great Falls, Virginia, won the 114th Middle Atlantic Amateur wire-to-wire after carding scores of 67-70-70. Chinn would win by four strokes and finish at 3-under-par 207. Roughly a week later, Chinn would once again win wire-to-wire this time at The PING Invitational at Karsten Creek. At No. 1 in the Rolex AJGA Rankings, he continues his impressive play in this season. The Duke University verbal commit has four top-10 finishes and two wins in his five starts in the 2020 AJGA season.

Maddi Kamas of Kingfisher, Oklahoma, won the Oklahoma Junior Golf Tour Best of the West Classic despite starting the final round five shots off the lead. She shot the lowest round of the day with an even-par 71 to win by four strokes and finish the tournament at 3-over-par 145. The Oklahoma City University verbal commit earned her career-best AJGA finish in 2020 when she finished T5 at the Gateway First Bank Tulsa Junior hosted by Bo Van Pelt.

Wesley Erling of Colorado Springs, Colorado, took home the Boys Division title at the Junior Golf Alliance of Colorado (JGAC) Tour Championship. Erling carded six birdies, including two on his last four holes, to get to 4-under-par 68 and win by one stroke. He played in his first AJGA event in September and finished T8 at the AJGA Preview at Lost Springs.

Emma Bryant of Aurora, Colorado, won in the Girls Division of the JGAC Tour Championship at Eisenhower Golf Club. Bryant carded a clutch birdie on No. 15 and would finish at 2-over-par 74 to win by one stroke and capture her first major victory on the JGAC Tour. She is a verbal commit to the University of Denver and earned her career-best AJGA finish earlier this season when she finished T3 at the 2020 Sung Hyun Park Junior Championship.
