Rachel Kuehn of Asheville, North Carolina, made her professional debut as an amateur at the Mission Inn Resort and Club Championship. Kuehn carded rounds of 76-74-72 for a tournament total of 3-over-par 222. The Wake Forest University sophomore would finish T28. During her AJGA career, Kuehn was a three-time Rolex Junior All-American and had two wins.

Ryan Voois of Ladera Ranch, California, won the Southern California Junior Amateur Golf Championship after sinking a 42-foot putt on the first playoff hole to defeat Matt Monheim. Voois shot a 5-under-par 67 in the first round and came back in the final round with an even-par 72 to get into the playoff. He has played in AJGA events since 2017 with his best result coming at the 2019 AJGA Brendan Steele Junior All-Star Championship where he finished T9.

Kelly Xu of Claremont, California, won the Southern California Junior Amateur Golf Championship after rounds of 66 and 69 to shoot a tournament total of 9-under 135. It was Xu's four birdies and bogey-free second nine during the final round that helped her earn a three stroke victory. She is No. 12 in the Rolex AJGA Rankings and has two wins in her AJGA career.

Matthew Broder of San Diego, California, won the Phil Mickelson Junior Players Championship after winning a playoff against Colton Cherry. Broder shot a 1-under 71 during the final round and his birdie on No. 18 got him to 5-under for the tournament and into the playoff against Cherry. He has played in three events during the 2020 AJGA season and earned two top-10 finishes.
